Makes: 10 servings ½ cup slivered almonds, toasted½ cup soft whole wheat or white bread crumbs½ cup fire-roasted crushed tomatoes1 jar (8 oz.) roasted sweet red peppers, drained2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley2 garlic cloves1 tsp. sweet paprika½ tsp. salt¼ tsp. freshly ground pepper¼ cup sherry½ cup olive oil Pulse the almonds, bread crumbs, tomatoes, roasted red peppers, parsley, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper in a food processor until finely chopped.
