Why does he stop? My four-year-old bulldog Wilbur loves going for walks, but every few minutes he just stops in his tracks and refuses to go. It can take several minutes to get him to start walking again. Sometimes there’s a reason, like he doesn’t want to leave the park, but other times there seems to be no reason for his sudden halting.
