Each month a reader writes to a loved one in the afterlife, and Mandy Masters tunes in to share their reply. This month Gail Dargue writes to her mum Liz

Mandy doesn't read your letters in advance. She is given only your first name and relationship to the person you'd like to speak to in Spirit Your last Christmas Dear Mum, ‘Dinner's ready!' you called, herding us all over to the dining table. It was like a scene out of A Christmas Carol, with every inch of the table filled with food. Roast goose, chicken, beef and all the trimmings, including Yorkshire puddings, mashed carrots and potatoes, roasties, veg, homemade gravy - the lot! ‘Wow, Mum, what a spread,' we all marvelled, sitting down to eat. ‘To Mum!' we all cheered, pulling our Christmas crackers.
