Predicting the future I wanted to share an experience I had when I was 18 and working in Aberdeen, some 42 years ago. I found an advert in a local paper to have an astrological chart drawn up, and had the reading on a day off. I was told I would be happily married and have two — and possibly three children — by the age of 30. It struck me as an odd thing to say, but a few years later I fell pregnant with twins. Then, on my second scan, I was told there was only one embryo, as the second had been ‘absorbed’ by the other. Years later, I had another baby.
