I was never a very spiritual person. Aged six or seven, I would sit in the utility room and chatter away to a lady. But that only lasted a year or two. Rather than religion or spirituality, I found I resonated with musical theatre from the age of nine. In the following years, I pursued my calling. I got my first role in a musical aged 21, and by 24, I was playing the lead in Phantom of the Opera. I’d fulfilled my dream, but then self doubt started to creep in.
