Release Take a piece of paper and write down everything you are ready to let go of – jobs, people, emotions, fears, guilt… anything that no longer serves you or holds you back. Call on the Fire Dragon When you feel ready, take a couple of deep slow breaths. Using a fireproof pot carefully set fire to your letting go list, and visualise giving it over to the Fire Dragon, who blasts away what’s holding you back. Tune in Gaze into the flames, watch how it burns and notice any intuitive messages you receive. Let the fire die down. Thank the Fire Dragon.
