Do ghosts prefer the dark?

Paranormal investigator Karin Beasant shares her view… I don’t believe spirits prefer the dark. In my experience, paranormal activity is just as likely to happen when it’s light. The reason many paranormal investigations are held at night, is not that spirit activity is more likely after dark, but simply that locations will be quieter. For example, if you’re investigating a pub, you’re less likely to get the hustle and bustle of people going past in the street. So, there’s a smaller chance of outside factors affecting the investigation, such as sound contamination from people talking outside.
