RITTENHOUSE PROSECUTOR ASKS FOR LIFELINE After his star witness testified in open court that defendant Kyle Rittenhouse didn’t shoot at him until he had pointed his illegally possessed pistol right at Rittenhouse’s face from mere feet away, Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger, AKA Binger The Clown, became somewhat addled.
“I want to phone a friend,” Binger told the judge, apparently mistaking the judicial circus he and his fellow prosecutors had created with the once popular game show “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?” When denied, he sought permission to ask the audience, which was also frowned upon by the judge.
