De säger att 70 är nya 50. Men då måste ju 75 vara nya 55! Så, ett stort grattis kung Carl XVI Gustaf på din stora dag! Tisdagen den 30 april 1946, klockan 10.20, drog en hel nation lättnadens suck. En framtida statschef och konung av Sverige var född. Fyra tjejer på raken och tronföljden var hotad. Men på valborgsmässoafton ute på Haga slott såg en liten pojke dagens ljus. I dag är successionsordningen en annan och det är inte längre kön som ärver tronen i Sverige. Utan förstfödde – då på den tiden hade kungens äldsta syster Margaretha blivit drottning av Sverige. Nu blev det i stället vår nuvarande kung och han var rekordung när han tog över tronen 1973, bara 27 år gammal. Egentligen skulle hans framlidna far arveprins Gustaf Adolf…
