The cult star of Patagonia’s surf/gardening mashup series, Farm Boys, Addy once ran his own vintage surfboard shop in Byron, passed down to him by Byron legend Ben King. He then moved south to Tassie, and these days lives on Flinders Island in Bass Strait, where he’s got a parcel of land and lives with his wombats, overlooking his own righthand point. His business these days is “Earth repair” although it’s not really a business. He’ll show up on your property for two weeks with an excavator and garden tools…
