WATER: Bird baths and fountains “are used constantly,” she says.
NATURAL RESOURCES: “If you plant native plants, they provide food for pollinators and for seed eaters,” says Brickhouse.
A TRAIL CAMERA: Get one with night vision, like the Bricknell Trophy House, which Brickhouse uses for surveilling a shy coyote that stops by to get a drink of water.
A GOOD CAMERA: Brickhouse uses a Nikon COOLPIX P1000. “I started taking pictures to show that this was really happening,” she says with a laugh. “Otherwise, nobody was going to believe me.”…
