SO ESKOM has once more increased its tariffs ... In light of the decision by the National Energy Regulator of South Africa (Nersa), which would allow Eskom to raise the price of energy by as much as 20%, one has to ask where this world is heading. This is a significant increase over the rate of inflation. When the case is brought before the North Gauteng High Court, all we can do is hope that the level-headed judge there will do the right thing and provide justice.
