With the start of summer tentatively tiptoeing towards us, I don’t know about you, but I’m really craving a summer holiday (and especially after the last couple of years!). Let’s picture it: sandy or pebbly beach, warm sun, cool breeze, the smell of the sea air, the sound of the waves, relaxing on a sun-lounger or towel, engrossed in a good book. Feeling content, you look up and gaze at the ocean – depending on where you are, either sparkling light turquoise, or maybe a deep, almost indigo blue. Pure bliss. Being beside the sea, as we know, is great for our wellbeing. We just feel it, don’t we? The sound of the water soothes our senses, helping us feel relaxed, but present. The fresh air means we sleep better.…
