Harness the transformative power of June’s birthstone, moonstone

Step one Create a welcoming space where you can comfortably lie down – this might be in bed or on the sofa. Light a silver candle and, while holding a piece of moonstone to your heart, make the intention to give yourself time to connect to your higher wisdom. Step two If you wish, diffuse some eucalyptus or lemon essential oil into the air – these fragrances connect well with the energies of moonstone, and encourage clear thought and cleansing. Alternatively cut a lemon in two, place it beside you and breathe in the refreshing scent. Step three Lie down in a comfortable position, making sure your head is supported.
