THREE SISTERS? WHO are they, you ask? You may know them as corn, beans, and squash. These plants produce vegetables eaten during the summer and fall, as well as seeds dried and kept for cooking and eating during the winter. Some Indigenous people call them the Three Sisters because they grow happily close together, supporting and nourishing each other. Growing a Three Sisters garden is easy.
