THIS CHIP DIP may be named after caviar (a fancy dish made of fish eggs). But there’s nothing fancy or fishy about it. What You’ll Need: 1 can black-eyed peas (15 ounces)1 can corn (15.25 ounces)2 ripe avocados2 Roma tomatoes1 bunch cilantro1 bunch green onions¼ cup apple cider vinegar¼ cup olive oil1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon cuminpinch of peppertortilla chipskitchen knife✱ and cutting board ✱Knife is for adult use only.spoonlarge bowlsmall bowl What to Do: 1. Drain the liquid from the cans of black-eyed peas and corn. 2. Rinse the tomatoes, cilantro, and green onions. 3. Ask an adult to slice open the avocados and remove the pits. Scoop out the insides.
