What You’ll Need: What to Do: 1. Draw a big fin. The fin’s bottom is the entire short side of the paper and the point goes all the way to the top. Cut it out. Trace it on the other paper and cut that out. 2. For the head, draw and cut out a semicircle with a rounded triangle on top. Cut out a long, thin triangular tail. 3. With the cotton swab, paint dots all over the fins and head. 4. Fold the first plate in half so its top (the side food goes on) is touching.
