THE DEATH OF A LOVED ONE AND THE DISCOVERY OF AN ABANDONED BABY DELIVERS UNSETTLING NEW REALITIES FOR THE RESIDENTS OF ARCADIA TOWERS

A sunny, carefree day of socialising with the neighbours is rudely interrupted by the blaring sound of a fire engine’s siren ricocheting around the tower estate. Despite the intrusion being a false alarm, Hazel’s seriously shaken as she returns to her apartment to be confronted with condolences from Watto for the recent death of her father and local publican Bill. Dismayed at Watto’s true purpose – to find out when she’ll reopen the boozer – she instead replies that she plans to sell out to the highest bidder! Suddenly, the pair are rudely interrupted by a soccer ball flying right past their heads!
