Being Grateful

November is the month of Thanksgiving. It’s something that Christians try to be mindful of all through the year. Being “thankful” is really just another way of being “grateful.” It reminds me of the story of the fisherman who was stopped at the docks one morning by a businessman on vacation. The businessman said, “You have a lot of fish. But why are you quitting so early?” The fisherman said, “This is more than enough to feed my family and sell the rest to the market.” The businessman said, “But you could fish all day and make more money.
