Pumpkin Muffins

I didn’t use just any pumpkin for these Pumpkin Muffins! Every year, I love picking up some baking pumpkins, seeding them, baking them, and harvesting the real deal for pies, breads, muffins, and more! I put pumpkin in a blender to get it smooth, and then I use some right away and freeze the rest for later! It is a little extra work, but worth it! Pumpkin Muffins • 1 ½ cup flour• 1 tsp. baking powder• 1 tsp. baking soda• ½ tsp. salt• ½ tsp. ground allspice• 1 tsp. finely shredded orange peel• ½ cup granola with raisins• 1 egg• ½ cup packed brown sugar• ½ cup pumpkin puree• ½ buttermilk• ¼ cup oil TOPPING: • ⅓cup packed brown sugar• 1 tbsp. flour• 1 tsp. cinnamon• 1 tbsp. melted butter Instructions: • Combine dry ingredients •…
