If you really love meatballs, this is a recipe that will cause you to pile your plate sky-high with the finished product! The cranberry sauce adds a tangy twist to these hearty meatballs and the flavor is excellent. I also love the fact that you can make them on the stove top, in a crock pot, or in a pan, covered and baked in the oven! They also freeze well, so if you are looking for a dish you can make ahead for a Christmas gathering, this is a good one. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, water, onion, pepper, salt, breadcrumbs, and eggs together and make into walnut-size balls. Set aside. In a large skillet pan, mix together sauce ingredients.
