Over the past few weeks we have attended many different shows and events that encompass a whole variety of people. We are there with the sole aim of getting more of the public eating game.
At our most recent event, Highclere Show in Hampshire, there was a much more urban-centric crowd than at other events we have attended so far this year, so it provides an excellent opportunity to educate new consumers of game. This year, though, I noticed a real problem, and that quite simply was the word ‘game’. People do not seem to understand what game entails, and this could be one of our greatest barriers to entry.
