Top man in new role Shooting Times contributor Dee Ward has been appointed the new chair for Scottish Land & Estates (SLE). He owns and runs the Rottal Estate in the Angus Glens, which has a focus on biodiversity and wildlife and also features a hydro-electric scheme. Dee is keen to educate shooting’s critics and has previously invited the RSPB, the League Against Cruel Sports and Revive to visit the estate to see how he is creating a haven for wild game.
