SWISS CHARD & PARSLEY FRITTATA SERVES: 4 START TO FINISH: 25 MINUTES > 5 large eggs > ½ tsp ground turmeric > Kosher salt > 4 tbsp olive oil > 1 onion, finely chopped > 2 bunches chard, leaves only, chopped (10 cups) > 1 large bunch flat-leaf parsley, chopped (2 cups) > 3 tbsp barberries or golden raisins > ¼ cup fresh mint, leaves torn if large > 3 tbsp shelled roasted salted pistachios, chopped 1.
