▸ UK/US Disney+, Tuesdays, streaming now ▸ Showrunner Dario Scardapane ▸ Cast Charlie Cox, Vincent D’Onofrio, Margarita Levieva, Ayelet Zurer EPISODES 1.01-1.09 Finally, Daredevil is reborn on Disney+, but it wasn’t a pregnancy without complications. Much has been written about the show’s production problems, with the project halted after six episodes had been filmed, and a new showrunner parachuted in to forge a new direction. Which, it turned out, was an old direction: why not just make it like Netflix used to? And make it a continuation? But since new showrunner Dario (The Punisher) Scardapane didn’t start from scratch, but instead had to incorporate material already shot into his new framework, wouldn’t this troubled rebirth result in visible stress fractures?
