Pudin Pasteles salados

Utilizando pan del día anterior (cocina de aprovechamiento) y sencillos ingredientes se pueden preparar estas recetas rápidas para servir en frío o caliente

Pudin de acelgas con jamón y pasas 4 RACIONES 60 MIN INGREDIENTES •1 kg de acelgas •1 cucharada de pasas •50 g de tocino salado en taquitos •100 g de jamón cocido •4 cucharadas de brandy •3 huevos •1 cucharada de mantequilla •1 vaso de leche •100 g de pan •1 pellizco de pimientas mezcladas •sal PREPARACIÓN Poner las pasas a remojo del brandy y la misma cantidad de agua caliente. Cortar el pan en rebanadas y rociarlos con la leche hirviendo. Salpimentar y añadir las pimientas. Lavar las acelgas, cortarlas en trozos, cocerlas 10 minutos en agua hirviendo con sal y escurrirlas. Cortar el jamón en una sartén y reservarlo. Mezclar el pan con los huevos batidos, las pasas y su líquido. Ponerlo a capas en una fuente refractaria…
