Pipers celebrate, a new festival launches, and Nessie connects swimmers across the Atlantic

[COMPETITIONS] PIPING HOT CELEBRATIONS The Inveraray & District Pipe Band were announced the 2024 World Pipe Band Champions at a spectacular finale on Glasgow Green in August. With 204 bands from 13 countries competing and more than 7,000 pipers and drummers taking to the field to compete in the ultimate battle of the bands, winning the international competition is a huge accolade, met with much excitement, as these photos prove.
