Two of Edinburgh’s most luxurious hotels – The Witchery by the Castle and Prestonfield – have joined one of the city’s most prestigious tour operators, Sleigh’s, to offer tailor-made food trails that will give guests unrivalled access to food and drink producers from the Lothians to Perthshire and Stirlingshire. On the chauffeur-driven ‘Taste of Scotland’ food trails, guests can visit places such as Scotland’s oldest working distillery, The Glenturret, where they can dine in its new Michelin-starred restaurant; meet the fishermen of Belhaven Lobster at Dunbar harbour; or learn about the ethos of sustainable agriculture and diversification at Old Leckie Farm.
