City of Philadelphia names the city’s First Youth Ombudsperson

PHILADELPHIA, April 2023 – Tracie Johnson joins the City of Philadelphia to head the newly created Office of the Youth Ombudsperson (OYO), an office established by Executive Order 5-22 within the Office of the Inspector General (OIG).
