From Adversity to Advantage: Leveraging Social Media for Business Resilience

I invited volunteers from the attending professionals, and a young software developer stepped forward. She shared her passion for teaching coding and software development to young people through a newly founded group. However, when I mentioned that the video would be shared on social media, her demeanor shifted to apprehension and anxiety. It became apparent that she was not comfortable with leveraging social media to advocate for her new business venture.
