Keep harvesting the last of your summer veg as that keeps them producing for longer. Take time to make pesto and tomato Dassata with vour excess crop! Fertilise long-season crops like peppers, tomatoes and brinjals one last time.Sow beetroot, cauliflower, lettuce, onions, carrots, celery, Swiss chard, spinach and turnips.
