The Hike That Started It All

I’ve always loved traveling, but my passion for hiking and being outdoors really started in the spring of 2018. At the time, we lived in Las Vegas, a few miles from the Strip. I decided that we needed to see more of the natural side of the Vegas area and the Mojave Desert, so I started my search. After some quick googling, I was shocked to find out that there were hot springs hidden at the end of a hike in the Arizona desert, less than an hour from our apartment. Not knowing anything about Bureau of Land Management land or real hiking in general, I threw myself into research.
