Honda’s urban bobber and rally-ready 250

This is the new Honda Rebel, which uses the same engine as the CB500X in a new tubular steel frame, with radically different styling, a low solo seat and upright riding position. It fits into the same urban custom trend that Triumph are targeting with their Bonneville Bobber. There’s also a 300 single-cylinder version, but that’s not heading to the UK. On more familiar territory, Honda have lightly updated the popular CRF250L trailie with a cleaner-running engine and ABS, and added a slightly more hardcore off-road version, the Rally, which has a stronger hint of the smash-hit Africa Twin in its styling.
