This Victorian villa on the Scottish coast had sat unloved and stripped of character for decades before Swedish-French podcaster and designer Patricia Rodi strolled past and noticed a ‘for sale’ sign on the grand facade. She couldn't resist organising a viewing of the six-bedroom 1870s house, knowing that it needed a vast amount of work to bring it back to its former glory.
