How did you become an upcycler? I used to be a teaching assistant but started upcycling when I was on maternity leave, to make a bit of pocket money. My early pieces were shabby-chic – all cream and white. A friend asked me to create a more colourful, statement item and it went down really well on Facebook, so I was inspired to explore more creative ideas. I’m now a full-time upcycler and have my own workshop. Which paints do you like best? I’m a content creator for Daydream Apothecary – an American paint brand that specialises in bright neon colours.
