Belgian-Anglo proggers Fish On Friday return with 8mm, which is released through Esoteric on October 27. A concept album, the new record deals with nostalgia, which is especially evident given the title track’s nod to watching 8mm home movies. The new record is the band’s sixth studio effort and features vocalist, guitarist and keyboard player Frank Van Bogaert, bassist Nick Beggs, guitarist Marty Townsend and drummer Marcus Waymaere. It was recorded over a period of three years, and is co-produced by Frank Van Bogaert and Nick Beggs.
