VENUE O2 VICTORIA WAREHOUSE, MANCHESTER DATE 28/07/2023–30/07/2023 Having upped sticks from Guildford to Manchester’s O2 Victoria Warehouse, the third iteration of new progressive metal and post-rock festival Radar shows just how momentum is building in this vibrant scene. Admittedly a big chunk of this year’s event concentrates on the metal side of things, possibly too much with most bands being far too abrasive for many Prog readers’ tastes, but Friday is mostly devoted to the more progressive acts on offer.
