Beloved UK festival Winter’s End will once again take place at The Drill Hall in Chepstow, from March 30 to April 2 next year. The Tangent will headline the Saturday night, in what will be their first live appearance of any kind since their set at 2017’s Summer’s End. German proggers RPWL will close Sunday’s festivities, with Dutch neo-prog band Knight Area having taken top billing on the opening Friday. Other artists on the 2023 slate include Scottish folk-proggers Abel Ganz, The Hayley Griffiths Band, US symphonic rockers Kinetic Element (making their UK debut), Yorkshire neo-proggers Ghost Of The Machine, Before We Fall (featuring festival organiser Huw Lloyd-Jones) and Welsh bands The CSides Project and The Mighty Ra.
