GOATMAN, GOAT If you know one Rocket band, it might be enigmatic Swedish collective Goat. Over a decade since their 2012 debut for the label, World Music, the band have captured imaginations with their ethnically psychedelic rock, their tribal costuming and the primal female harmonies. There is no ‘frontperson’ as such, but the mysterious Goatman was able to supply some answers to Prog’s burning questions about life at Rocket, and their fifth album, Medicine. Rocket was the first label to pick up on you. Where did World Music come from, musically? The inspiration at the time was a lot of African stuff; Zamrock and Afrobeat.
