Texan alt-rockers …And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead have hinted that their 11th album may be their proggiest yet. XI: Bleed Here Now will be released on July 15 via InsideOut on various physical and digitalformats, and linchpin Conrad Keely says it was inspired by some big-name artists. “Just like how albums we love by Peter Gabriel, Kate Bush, Rush and Pink Floyd were done,” Keely says, “we wanted to find a spot to write in a relaxed setting and not feel stressed for time.” Channelling more analogue times, Trail Of Dead recorded in a“large, old-style Texas barn” big enough to house two drum kits, three guitar stations and a wall of keyboards. “A big feature on the album,” Keely reveals, “is the classic rock sound of a…
