Six By Six return with their“harder kicking” second album, Beyond Shadowland on April 16 after the supergroup shrugged off worries about a difficult second album. Following on from the 2022’s well-received selftitled debut, keyboardist/vocalist Robert Berry says the three-pice, completed by Saga guitarist Ian Crichton and Saxon drummer, Nigel Glockler, became a stronger unit through heightened collaboration. “When the band got put together, the chemistry worked right off. It was magical. So, the hardest thing was thinking about the success of the first album,” Berry reveals. “The only parameter was to not make the same album again, retain who we are and we move it forward.
