VENUE TRADING BOUNDARIES, FLETCHING DATE 09/05/2024 On a sunny evening in the heart of the East Sussex countryside, Pendragon kick off their 2024 tour with a special two-part set at the quirky Trading Boundaries. Entering the stage to warm applause, Pendragon open with the pseudo-classical organ intro to Everything, and frontman and guitarist Nick Barrett immediately encourages the crowd to clap along, setting the tone for the evening. “We’re going to play some quite unusual stuff tonight,” he promises and he’s clearly in a playful mood as he refers to the band as “Trotter’s panopticon of prog rock”.
