Six By Six is the prog supergroup comprising vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Robert Berry, guitarist Ian Crichton (Saga) and drummer Nigel Glockler (Saxon/GTR), and they will release their self-titled debut album on August 19 via InsideOut. The lead single from it, Yearning To Fly, is available now on streaming platforms. From the 80s, Berry worked with ELP’s drummer Carl Palmer and keyboard legend Keith Emerson in the trio, 3. He formed Six By Six in 2020, some four years after Emerson’s death. With 3 now a thing of the past, he’d been talking to his manager about what direction to go in next.
