Members of Yello, New Order, Daft Punk and more join the former Kraftwerker.

“I see myself like a director of a movie,” smiles Wolfgang Flür as he considers the roll call of collaborators who join him on his new album, Times, which is released via Cherry Red on March 28. “Directors know which crew they want to work with and I know exactly what I want from my collaborators. It’s good that we can communicate on the same level musically and as humans.” Times finds the former Kraftwerk member joined once again by the artists and musicians that he inspired back in the 70s and 80s. These include New Order bassist Peter Hook, techno pioneers Juan Atkins and U96, and Yello’s Boris Blank.
