Alan Gubby BURIED TREASURE The Delaware Road is a multimedia project/event that has been ongoing for over a decade now – as creator and author Alan Gubby points out, it’s one of the earliest and most resonant examples of hauntology, a genre that started as a halfjoke among enthusiasts of public information films, but has subsequently given rise to a cottage industry of retro futurism. As such, it’s replete with tropes that have become a standard feature of the genre, including nods to Delia Derbyshire and the BBC Radiophonic Workshop, and the electronics and pagan consciousness.
