CAN’S LIVE IN PARIS 1973 SET SCHEDULED FOR RELEASE

It’s the first live Can album to feature vocalist Damo Suzuki.

Krautrock pioneers Can are set to release the fourth in their ongoing series of live releases. Live In Paris 1973 comes out on February 24 via Mute and Future Days on double vinyl, a two-CD set and digital. It follows the previously released Live In Brighton 1975, Live In Stuttgart 1975 and Live In Cuxhaven 1976. Live In Paris 1973 is the first in the series to feature the Japanese vocalist Damo Suzuki. He joined the band after being discovered busking on the streets of Munich by members of the band. He would go on to perform on what is arguably Can’s most celebrated run of albums that include Tago Mago (1971), Ege Bamyasi (1972) and Future Days (1973), as well as the 1970 compilation Soundtracks.
