PLANK OUT TO SEA FOR ALBUM THREE!

The UK instrumentalists are going “full prog” on new release, Future Of The Sea.

British instrumental proggers Plank will release their third album, Future Of The Sea, on January 20. It will be their debut release for the Golden Lion Sounds label, and the first, math-rocky single from it, Three Seascapes, is out now. Guitarist/synth player David Rowe has described the LP as “another exploration into odd time signatures and traditional rock instruments alongside synths and electronics.” As for the band’s silence since their second, acclaimed 2014 album Hivemind, Rowe tells Prog: “When we finished the second album Liam [Stewart, drummer] went on a hiatus to play with another band.
