The prog legends’ 10-LP vinyl box set Front Row Center is due for release in September.

Legendary British prog group Gentle Giant have announced a new vinyl box set focusing on their live work and featuring previously unreleased material. Front Row Center: US Dates 1976-1980 will be issued on September 23 through Madfish, the label responsible for the epic 30-disc set Buried Treasure, released in 2019. This 10-LP box set celebrates that four-year stint of touring throughout the US, and features four shows that have never been available on vinyl before. These include Gentle Giant’s performance at Hempstead NY’s Calderone Concert Hall on July 13, 1976 (originally broadcast live on New York City’s WLIR Radio as part of that station’s bicentennial celebration).
