The prog rock band to return with 12th album, presaged by new single, Silenced.

UK prog rockers Threshold are back with their a new studio album – their 12th – which is out later this year. Dividing Lines will be released by the Nuclear Blast label on November 18. It’s their first album since 2017’s Legends Of The Shires, which saw the return of the band’s former vocalist Glynn Morgan following the departure of previous incumbent, Damian Wilson. The band describe Dividing Lines as “Legends’ darker, moodier older brother”, and it was preceded in July by the lead single Silenced. The band’s keyboard player and lyricist Richard West says that the song is “about how we seem to be heading towards less voices, less artists, less venues, less platforms where everyone can be heard.
