PROGPOWERUSA RETURNS FOR ITS 23RD EDITION

The long-running Stateside event takes place in September.

ProgPowerUSA has announced details of its 23rd edition. Taking place between September 6 and September 9 at the Center Stage Theater in Atlanta, GA, the festival is offering an eclectic mix of prog rock and power metal. This year’s edition features a wide-ranging international line-up that includes Australian progressive metallers Caligula’s Horse, Norway’s Green Carnation, Poverty’s No Crime from Germany and the USA’s own Zero Hour. Also performing at the event are symphonic metal bands Ad Infinitum and Visions Of Atlantis. Co-organiser Glenn Harveston says, “Our festival has established itself as one of the most unique and exciting events for progressive and power metal worldwide.” His colleague Milton Mendonca adds, “This year’s roster calls back to the quintessential blend of genres that made our festival so successful to begin with.…
